Salary System

•Regular Monthly Salary - Lizhiheng participates in the market salary survey every year to ensure the overall compensation can reach the goal of attracting and retaining talents.
• Year-end Bonus - To appreciate the diligent devotion of all employees through out the year, ANA grants the year-end bonus to employees every year before the Spring Festival according to the operating profit of the company and the personal performance of employees.
• Employee Grant - To reward the contribution of employees, employee grants are issued according to the company regulations. The employee grant is correlated with the operating performance and target accomplishment of the company, and personal performance and contribution of employees.


Basic Protection
