Training Framework

• At Lizhiheng, we provide employees with comprehensive learning opportunities and channels, including orientation (pre-service) training for newcomers, fundamental professional training, and post- and specialty-specific vocational development training.

• Employees can participate in learning through comprehensive ways, such as classroom training, external training, e-learning, supervised training (by professional instructors), and reading professional books available from the library.
